Clean DSCR files typically close in 18–30 days from application. Bridge and construction timelines vary based on scope, appraisal, and lender.
What documentation do you need to start a review?

Do you finance ground-up construction?

Yes, for qualified sponsors with a defined business plan, GC relationship, and pathway to permanent takeout. Construction executions typically run 12–24 months, interest-only, at up to 70% LTC.
Are you a lender or a broker?

How do you get paid?
